4 <br />Proposal: <br />24 -HOUR CITY HALL <br />Touch Screen Display <br />Project Management and Video Production Services <br />For: Orange County Manager <br />Project coordinators: Albert Kittrell, Jane Sparks, Louise Baker, Don <br />Powell <br />From: Margaret Rabb <br />Design Director <br />Date: 18 June 1990 <br />I enjoyed meeting with the 24 -Hour City Hall committee, and I feel we <br />developed an excellent understanding of the project and the steps which <br />need to be taken to produce an outstanding display module. <br />The following revised proposal outlines the tasks we would coordinate or <br />perform and gives the target week (1 through 15), estimated time required <br />for project coordination and performance, and the cost associated with <br />that time. <br />Because of the tight time requirements for completion of the project by <br />our goal of the end of September, I will rely on committee members to <br />help in liaison with content experts for each video segment, and to help <br />prepare the outline of the topics to be covered in each segment. Delays in <br />responses to inquiries and approvals of proposed scripts and edits could <br />easily set us behind schedule, as well as increase the number of hours <br />required for project coordination.
