That the staff is instructed to compute the salary levels which would <br />have resulted had the County Commissioners received the same annual cost <br />of living adjustments received by other county staff since the <br />commissioners salary was last adjusted in 1984 for board members and in <br />1983 for the Chairman. <br />2. That the resulting salary levels be adopted for the current board <br />members and chair effective July 1, 1991. <br />3. That the board adopt a 5% higher differential for the Vice - Chairman. <br />4. that the Board of County Commissioners adopt a policy of applying the <br />same future cost of living adjustments to Commissioner salaries as applied <br />to all other Orange County personnel salaries annually unless instructed <br />otherwise by the Commissioners. <br />
