2 1 <br />Although the ArtsCenter manifests an effort to improve their financial <br />condition, the uncertainty of the Center's ability to continue operatio s <br />still remains. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Because the ArtsCenter has responded in providing thi <br />information as required by the Board of Commissioners, the Manager <br />recommends release of the escrowed funds over a five month period <br />beginning in February 1991 and ending in June 1991 with monthly payment; <br />Of $1,000 to be made to the Center based on its continued demonstration <br />of improving their financial condition and debt situation as evidenced 1 <br />monthly updates provided to the County Finance Director. <br />
