6 <br />4. The County shall not be liable for damages incurred <br />by the Town caused by interruption and /or delay of services. <br />However, the County shall do all things reasonably necessary <br />to bring the service up to the required level as soon as <br />possible after identification of the problem causing the <br />interruption and /or delay. <br />;r%. The County shall provide the same "software„ <br />maintenance services as provided other users of the Orange <br />County Data Processing Center. <br />41. The County shall make available to the Town all <br />existing "software" operational programs or new programs or <br />re— programming that may become available to other users of <br />the Center. If the County purchases such "software" from <br />some third party which is used by the Town then the Town <br />shall be asked to share pro rata in this purchase price. <br />The County agrees to make such "cosmetic" changes as may be <br />required to meet the particular needs of the Town. This <br />type o-F programming, support- will be limited to twelve hours <br />per port in section 1..A, per year. Custom programming is to <br />be charged to the Town al, the currant rate of the person <br />doing the ,fob plus fringe benefits. <br />f. The county shall provide required operator training <br />for each program to be used by the Town. Such operator <br />training shall be available as required by the Town for the <br />life of this agreement. <br />O. The County shall provide necessary communication <br />linkage between Town <br />S. The County shall provide necessary communications <br />linkage between Town ;fall, Pablic Works and the grange <br />County Data Processing Center, <br />9. The County shall provide the Town with the same <br />level of service and no less than equal priorities as other <br />users of the Orange County Data Processing Center. <br />its. The County shall provide a security system as a <br />part of the software programming that will permit the Town <br />to control user accessibility: <br />ii. The County shall provide the same data security <br />and retention of data for the Town as provided for other <br />users of the system, including daily "back --up" and other <br />routine security storage. <br />
