EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />Agreement made this day of <br />2 <br />M <br />, 1990, by and <br />among , herein referred to <br />as "Employee," the Orange Community Housing Corporation herein <br />referred to as "Corporation," and the County of Orange herein <br />referred to as "Employer." <br />SECTION ONE <br />EMPLOYMENT <br />Employer hereby employs Employee to perform the duties of the <br />Executive Director of Corporation and Employee hereby accepts and <br />agrees to such employment. General supervision, orders, advice and <br />direction shall come from and be the responsibility of Corporation. <br />Employee shall perform, such duties as are lawfully required by one <br />holding such position in other, same, or similar businesses or <br />enterprises as that engaged in by Corporation: <br />SECTION TWO <br />DUTIES <br />Employee agrees that she will at all times faithfully, <br />industriously, and to the best of her ability, experience, and <br />talents, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from <br />her pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, and as <br />required by the laws of the State, to the reasonable satisfaction <br />of Corporation and Employer. Such duties shall be rendered at 116 - <br />B W. Main Street, Carrboro, North Carolina, the principal office <br />of Corporation, and at such other place or places as Corporation. <br />
