Scurlock (Zoning Case No. 21) <br />At the Board of Commissioners meeting of Tuesday, <br />December 18, 1990, I reported that Mr. Scurlock had yet <br />to make any progress in bringing his property into <br />compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. At that meeting, <br />the Board gave Mr. Scurlock an extension to correct <br />violations on or before Monday, January 7, 1991, and I <br />was instructed to return to the Commissioners on this <br />date with a progress report on the matter. <br />I inspected the Scurlock property between 1545 and 1605 <br />hours today. I was accompanied by Deputy Sheriff Archie <br />Daniel who was assigned to go with me by the Sheriff at <br />the request of Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />I took three pictures from the entrance and gate to the <br />property which has access to U.S. 70. <br />With the permission of Dr. Orin Pilkey, Deputy Daniel <br />and I with Dr. Pilkey walked to the fence dividing the <br />Scurlock and Pilkey property.
