As reported, there were <br />approximately 290 employees included in Phase I. <br />Following a process of listening to all individual <br />concerns brought to the attention of the County <br />Manager and Personnel Director and weighing these as <br />well as the study implementation needs, action on the <br />Phase I classification study is proposed as outlined <br />below: <br />A. Adopt the revised "Phase I Schematic List of <br />Classes and Salary Grades" (Attachment A) <br />effective January 7, 1991. <br />1 <br />
