3 <br />MCDUFFIE CASE SUMMARY <br />Location: <br />West side of Buckhorn Road just to the north <br />of Mt. Willing Road <br />violation: <br />Outside storage of an estimated 15 junked <br />motor vehicles, an unoccupied mobile home, <br />automotive parts, batteries, motors, junked <br />white appliances, building materials, and <br />trash <br />status: <br />Since the County Commissioners' meeting of <br />November 5, 1990, no perceivable activity to <br />bring the property into compliance has <br />occurred. As of Monday, December 3, 1990 the <br />use of the property remained in violation. <br />Piles of tires, vast amounts of debris, two <br />apparently disabled trucks, a junked mobile <br />home, junked white appliances, etc., remain on <br />the premises. , <br />Accumulated <br />Civil Penalties as of October 24, 1990: $1,500 <br />Accumulated <br />Civil Penalties as of December 3, 1990: $5,500 <br />SCURLOCK CASE SUMMARY <br />Location: South side of US 70 near Palmer Road <br />intersection (second tier parcel) <br />violations: Storage of goods outdoors including a junked <br />motor vehicle and parts in a stream bed and <br />other vehicles and surplus building materials <br />Status: There has been no perceivable change on the <br />property since November 5, 1990. <br />Accumulated Civil Penalties as of October 24, 1990: $9,200 <br />Accumulated Civil Penalties as of December 3, 1990: $14,200 <br />
