We have <br />intended to implement and market the entire project because the nature of the cluster <br />development and layout of the property. We.feel that because of the location of the <br />property we can develop these 31 lots-in a single phase. We will notify you as soon as <br />possible if we find this is unacceptable and would formally request an amendment for a <br />phasing plan if so required. , <br />We would like to request the time extension for the above reasons, and I would be <br />happy to discuss any of the points or address any questions you may have in this <br />request.
