41 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chapel Hill- Carrboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Dirt c- <br />tops request the Orange County Economic Development Commission and the municipalities of CliaF el <br />Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough to support the creation of an Orange County Visitor Development <br />Authority. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Chapel Hill- Carrboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors <br />that we pledge our cooperation and support to the Orange County Board of Commissioners and the <br />municipalities of Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough to secure the necessary legislation to author- <br />ize the creation and establishment of the Visitor Development Authority and further advises that we <br />stand ready to assist in implementing the programs of the Visitor Development Authority. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chapel dill- Carrboro Chamber of Commerce in endorsing <br />advancement of Orange County Visitor Development Authority does so in anticipation and expectat <br />of the support and cooperation of the proposed Authority in carrying forward the Complementary pu' <br />poses and programs of the Chapel Hill- Carrboro Chamber of Commerce. <br />Adopted December 13, 1990 <br />RECEIVED FROM 919 968 6874 12. 14.1990 08:22 P. 2 <br />
