t7 <br />Agreement, intends to construct and designate for sale up to 30 <br />Low - income Houses and twelve Market Houses at Culbreth Park <br />Subdivision (i.e., on the Property), said subdivision having been <br />approved by the Town; and each house designated by the Corporation to <br />be a Low- income House will be built in material accordance with the <br />Site Plans. Accordingly, the Corporation, in its sole discretion <br />except as limited as herein defined, will supervise and coordinate all <br />work and activities involved in acquiring the Property and in <br />contracting for and constructing any roads, water and sewer lines, <br />Market Houses, and Low- income Houses; and the Corporation shall use <br />its best efforts to supervise and coordinate any said construction in <br />a good and workmanlike manner, including but not limited complying <br />with laws, rules, and regulations affecting the construction. Any <br />t <br />said construction shall be at the Corporation's sole cost and expense. <br />B. Schedule. Construction of any houses on lots into <br />which the Property is subdivided shall begin first on those lots <br />numbered 1 through 16 on tAe attached Site Plans, second on those lots <br />numbered 17 through 30 on the Site Plans, and third on those lots <br />numbered 31 through 50 on the Site Plans, save and except those lots <br />numbered 4, 5, 12, 13, 21, 24, 33, and 34 on the Site Plans. Any said <br />construction is intended to be completed according to the construction <br />schedule attached to, and incorporated into, this Agreement as Exhibit <br />P. <br />C. Changes. The Corporation has the sole authority to <br />agree to: (a) Nonmaterial Changes of the Low- income Houses and (b) all <br />nonmaterial and material changes in construction, work, contracts, <br />releases, reduction of retainages or other matter in the case of <br />- 8 - <br />
