t <br />T. "Purchase Contract" means a document in a form <br />materially similar to that attached to, and incorporated into, this <br />Agreement as Exhibit F. <br />U. "Resolution" means Resolution No. 89- 11- 13 /R -15a of the <br />Council of the Town of Chapel Hill dated November 13, 1989. <br />V. "Restrictive Covenants" means the Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions attached to, and incorporated <br />into, this Agreement as Exhibit Q. as amended from time to time as <br />provided therein. <br />W. "Shared Equity Agreement" individually and "Share <br />Equity Agreements" collectively mean a document or documents, as the <br />case may be, in material accordance with that attached to, an <br />incorporated into, this Agreement as Exhibit H. <br />X. "Site Plans" means those engineering blueprints, <br />specifications, and plats attached to, and incorporated into, this! <br />Agreement as Exhibit B. <br />Y. "Trust" means the bank account and fiduciary duties <br />described in Paragraph VIII of this Agreement. <br />Z. "Very Low- income Person" individually and "Ver <br />Low - income Persons" collectively mean person(s) whose combined Incom <br />does not exceed 50% of the median income for the Raleigh-Durha <br />Non - metropolitan Statistical Area of North Carolina for such number of <br />persons plus their dependents (as defined by federal income tax laws), <br />as determined from time to time by HUD. <br />II.
