C. <br />23 <br />There is great need for corip rehensi�-e health ducatic:n, <br />counseling, and r.� <br />expanded health services in all schools to <br />address these problems and enable children to react, their <br />0 P t i m a 1 level of physical, social and emotional well- being. <br />Schools tyave a I.,rofound capacity to influence the health of <br />our children. Health promotion activities must include both <br />sE" -Vices and health education.
