RULE 1-9(B) (page 12) <br />Add to this paragraph "Copies shall also be <br />available for members of the public in the <br />Clerk's office and at the Orange County and <br />Chapel Hill public libraries ". <br />Add an additional paragraph as follows: "The <br />Clerk to the board shall maintain a mailing <br />list of interested parties and shall mail a <br />copy of the agenda (without attachments) to <br />this list. A fee to cover the duplicating and <br />mailing costs shall be charged to parties <br />maintained on the list. A copy of the agenda, <br />and attachments, shall be provided to area <br />media upon receipt of an annual written <br />request. It shall read: <br />"The Board of Commissioners pledges to the <br />citizens of Orange County its respect. The <br />Board asks its citizens to conduct themselves <br />in a respectful, courteous manner, both with <br />the Board and with fellow citizens. At any <br />time should any member of the Board or any <br />
