except where such consent, approval, or other action is required by <br />this Agreement to be given, granted, or taken by.the Town Council, in <br />which case any written evidence of the taking of such action shall be <br />evidenced by a resolution, ordinance, or other action evidencing such <br />consent, approval, or other action, to which a certificate of the Town <br />Clerk shall be attached. Any consent or approval required by this <br />Agreement to be given by the Corporation shall be sufficient if <br />evidenced by a certificate executed by the Corporation's president, <br />vice - president, or Runyon Woods. <br />K. Additional Documents. The parties covenant and agree to <br />cooperate with each other and to execute, acknowledge, and deliver any <br />additional documents and instruments necessary or appropriate to carry <br />into effect the intent of this Agreement. <br />t <br />L. Notices.
