Air quality - Change in level of air pollutants relative <br />to standards and number of people at risk or bothered by <br />air pollution. <br />b. Water quality - Change in water pollutant <br />concentrations relative to standards for each body <br />of water. <br />C. Noise - Change in noise and vibration levels relative to <br />standards and number of people bothered by excessive <br />noise and vibration. <br />d. Wildlife and vegetation - Number and types of endangered <br />or rare species, natural areas, and /or wildlife <br />corridors that will be threatened or lost. <br />e. Agriculture and forest land - Change in acreage in <br />agricultural and forest use, and in availability of <br />prime, state, and locally important farmland. <br />3. Attractiveness - Disturbance of physical conditions <br />currently considered attractive; removal /improvement of <br />unattractive conditions. <br />b. view opportunities - Number of households (or <br />businesses) with designated scenic views that are <br />blocked, degraded, or improved. <br />C. Landmarks - Rarity or importance of cultural, historic, <br />and archaeological landmarks to be lost or made <br />inaccessible. <br />
