Scope of activities for the Community <br />Center and Park have been shared with the Board of Education <br />and is attached. Although specific provisions of the lease <br />have not been discussed or negotiated with County School <br />staff, County staff has outlined the following schedule of <br />planning activities which will permit construction to begin <br />in early Spring 1991. <br />- County Attorney and County staff negotiate terms of lease <br />with County School representatives. <br />- Purchase 1.5 acre of land adjacent to school property. <br />(Survey will be completed within two weeks) <br />- Authorize survey of school property. <br />- Submit lease to Board of commissioners for approval. <br />- Select an architectual firm for the project. <br />
