The purpose of the public hearing is to solicit the <br />views of Orange County citizens concerning public policies and funding <br />priorities for the 1991 --92 fiscal year. The attached advertisement <br />appeared in local newspapers to publicize the hearing and to provide an <br />opportunity for citizens unable to attend to make their views known to <br />the Board. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Conduct the public hearing as scheduled. <br />
