One of the documents is an Ac- <br />ceptance of Franchise which must be completed by <br />Cablevision of Durham, Inc. Please return to me the <br />completely executed Acceptance of Franchise document <br />along with the other documentation requested in my <br />January 22, 1991 letter. Upon receipt of everything <br />required, the documentation will be filed with the <br />Orange County Manager.
