Particular attention <br />shall be given to the regulated do power packs at repeater stations <br />through the use of adaptive regulator circuits, surge protection <br />modules, transient absorbing diodes, or 3- terminal regulator hybrid <br />specially designed to provide current limiting, thermal overload <br />protection, and maintain operation within safe Limits. <br />5. Installation standards. Each subscriber shall have <br />a separate drop from the residence to the Feeder Lane. Buildings <br />with more than four units may be treated as apartments. <br />Installation methods shall be explained to all subscribers. Drop <br />lines, when installed, shall not be spliced. Repairs to drop lines <br />may be made by splicing providing the splice is moisture sealed <br />using shrink tubing, sealant tape such as Bi -seal, Aqua -seal or <br />equivalent.
