Therefore, <br />Cablevision of Durham's delineated franchise in Orange <br />County is effective October 14, 1991. Enclosed are the <br />two complete packages of the Acceptance of Franchise <br />per your request. <br />With a copy of this letter to Albert Kittrell I <br />have enclosed the Certificate to be filed with the rest <br />of the Acceptance documentation. With a copy of this <br />letter I am further asking Mr. Kittrell to change the <br />date in the second paragraph of the Acceptance of <br />Franchise document to read 14th day of October, 1991. <br />I am pleased we were able to resolve this <br />franchising.
