Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Dear Moses,. <br />At its meeting yesterday evening, the members of the Human Services <br />Advisory Commission unanimously charged us with writing you to <br />inform you of our strong support for a county -wide toll free <br />telephone system. Such a system would be vitally important to <br />improved coordination among, and client access to, the various <br />human services organizations in orange County.
