`a <br />(4) At the November 5, 1990 meeting, the Board of Commissioners <br />authorized the development of a Master Client Index File for human <br />service agencies. This project will be funded mostly by a $15,000 <br />grant from the North Carolina Department of Human Resources. The work <br />will be accomplished by the Human Services Research and Design <br />Laboratory at the UNC School of Social Work. The attached grant <br />project ordinance will authorize the expenditure of the grant funds for <br />the purpose indicated. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Approve the attached budget ordinance amendments, grant project <br />ordinance, and capital project ordinance. <br />
