The <br />attached technical budget amendment will complete the transfer of <br />$23,452 from fund balance in the County Capital Reserve Fund to the <br />Animal Shelter project in the County Capital Projects Fund. <br />(2) At the November 5, 1990, meeting, the Board of Commissioners <br />approved a capital project ordinance authorizing the appropriation of <br />an additional $18,852 in County funding to complete Phase II of the Old <br />Courthouse Landscaping project. This authorization reflected an <br />acceleration of a. portion of funding planned for the 1991 -92 .CIP <br />project allocation. The attached technical budget amendment will <br />complete the transfer of $18,852 from fund balance in the County <br />Capital Reserve Fund to the Old Courthouse Landscaping project in the <br />County Capital Projects Fund. <br />(3) At the November 5, 1990 meeting, the Board of Commissioners <br />approved the purchase of a 2.16 acre parcel of land from Virginia C. <br />Bartow. The attached capital project ordinance and technical budget <br />amendment will complete the transfer of $61,500, to cover the <br />purchase price and closing costs, from fund balance in the County <br />Capital Reserve Fund to the Land Acquisition project in the County <br />Capital Projects Fund. <br />
