ongoing Local Head Start programs, federally funded preschool 11 <br />projects for income eligible children ages three and four, <br />are located in Chapel Hill and Cedar Grove. Comprehensive <br />services of the agency include educational, dental, medical, <br />and social services for the child and his family. Ten <br />percent of the populations served is handicapped. <br />
