The <br />Committee will review proposals reflecting these needs, and <br />present an updated Transportation Development Plan to the <br />Board for review and approval in January 1991. <br />5.Need for better employee health benefits: <br />-Need for guaranteed insu <br />benefits <br />- Employers should provide <br />- Require prenatal care <br />- Employers should examine <br />- Employers should provide <br />for part -time workers <br />rance plan with expanded <br />prenatal programs <br />in health insurance <br />and improve health benefits <br />prorated insurance benefits <br />6.Need licensing and.malpractice coverage for retired <br />physicians who volunteer their services. <br />7.Need more non - categorized County funds which could be <br />targeted at health care needs. <br />
