As reported, there <br />were approximately 290 employees included in Phase I. <br />In follow up to the Commissioners' comments at the <br />November 5 meeting, attached is an outline of the major <br />steps in the Phase I Classification Study process. As to <br />specific classification questions raised, follow up on <br />these continues. <br />1 <br />
