Other work activities shall include coordination with the Pharmacy <br />Manager for control and dispensing to insure that it occurs in accord <br />with State law and Pharmaceutical Rules and Regulations in addition <br />to Medical Director duties. <br />4. This Agreement covers the clinics FP /STD on Tuesday in Hillsborough <br />and Wednesday in Carrboro and the prenatal clinic Thursday in <br />Hillsborough and the TB clinic in Hillsborough and Carrboro, as <br />appropriate to work and clinic schedule. The agreement also covers <br />additional STD clinics, scheduled to begin in November, 1990, which <br />will occur half days on Monday, Thursday and Friday. <br />5. The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday clinics shall commence at 8:00 <br />a.m. and terminate when the last patient is seen following the close <br />of registration, which shall occur no later than 5:30 p.m. The <br />Department is responsible for the entirety of these physician backup <br />schedules. Although Medical Director or back -up physician atten- <br />dance is not required on premises from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., it <br />should be available whenever needed. However, it is required that <br />physician attendance shall occur minimally between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays, physician attendance <br />shall be required between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If <br />physician attendance is impossible due to unremediable circumstances, <br />M.Q. phone coverage will be provided and FNP charts will be signed <br />within seven (7) days. Additionally, the Medical Director will <br />attend tuberculosis control clinics.as appropriate to work and clinic <br />schedules. The Medical Director will be available for phone <br />consultation on Monday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday 1:00 p.m. to <br />
