These arrangements have proven to <br />successfully provide a high quality service at a very reasonable <br />cost. Sufficient funds have been budgeted to cover the costs as <br />outlined in the agreements. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the agreements and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
