The franchise ordinanc, <br />will have to be approved by the Board at two readings. it <br />must be approved by two independent actions and each action <br />taking place at a different meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the first reading of Franchise Ordinance for <br />Cablevision of Durham. <br />
