This Agreement shall run for a period of one year, from the 1st day of <br />October, 1991 to the 30th day of September, 1992, and shall be renewable <br />thereafter. <br />10. This Agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time without <br />penalty by either party provided that written notice of such termination is <br />furnished to the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to termination.
