Pte` ii -s �a <br />P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />HUMAN RIGHTS DAY <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the community of Orange County of <br />North Carolina to recognize the need for <br />understanding, tolerance, and celebration of human <br />diversity. <br />WHEREAS, it is within the scope of leadership of the County <br />Commissioners to declare a day of recognition of these <br />values. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THEN that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />proclaim Wednesday, the 14th of November as <br />"ORANGE COUNTY HUMAN RIGHTS DAY" <br />Passed this 5th day of November, 1990. <br />Moses Carey, Jr., c <br />Orange County Boar Commissioners <br />
