in <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners <br />instructs the Orange County Manager to continue deliberations <br />with Wake County and telephone company officials to determine <br />the most appropriate process for filing the proposal and <br />appropriate comments to the North Carolina Utility Commis- <br />sion, and to recommend the most appropriate methodology for <br />polling customers of each exchange, and to report to the <br />Board.prior to any official filing -being submitted to the <br />Utility Commission. <br />This the 20th . day of <br />November <br />, 19 90 <br />Commissioner Sh i r 1 ey E. Marsha 1 1 moved the passage of the <br />foregoing resolution and commissioner <br />John Hartwell <br />seconded the motion, and the resolution was passed by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Chairman Moses Carey_, Jr., and Commissioners Stephen Halkiotis, <br />John Hartwell, Shirley E.
