The topography is gently sloping and <br />mostly wooded. Approximately two - thirds of the <br />property lies within the 100 year flood plain. The <br />area surrounding the property is owned by Orange <br />County and the property is zoned office /institu- <br />tional. The property will be very useful in the <br />overall site development of future Orange County <br />government facilities. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends the approval of the purchase of <br />the above referenced tract under conditions as out- <br />lined in attached documents. <br />
