I <br />O <br />SCHEDULE L <br />Joint Planning Inspection Fees <br />All projects approved under the terms of the Joint Planning <br />Agreement between Orange County and the Town of Chapel Hill shall <br />pay the following fees prior to the recording of a Special Use <br />Permit or Final Plat of a major subdivision: <br />Street and storm <br />Water and sewer <br />5? <br />One percent (1 %) of the <br />total drainage improvements <br />construction cost of those <br />improvements to be <br />constructed to Town of <br />Chapel Hill standards <br />Two percent (2%) of the <br />total improvements <br />construction cost of those <br />improvements to be <br />constructed to Town of <br />Chapel Hill standards <br />Where projects are to be built in phases, fees may be pro - -rated <br />based on. the cost of improvements scheduled in each phase. <br />s <br />
