In the case of Zones Al -A30, <br />AE. A,- A99, A0, AH, 1 1 and X,. "elevated building" also <br />includes a building elevated by means of fill or solid <br />foundation erimeter walls with 02enings sufficient to <br />facilitate the unimpeded movement of flood waters. In the <br />case of Zones V1_ -V30, VE, ar 1 "elevated building" also <br />includes a building otherwise meeting the definition of <br />"elevated.building_, even though the area below is enclosed <br />by means of breakaway walls if the breakaway walls meet the <br />standards of Article b Section B{51 of t his ordinance. <br />"Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home <br />Subdivision" means a manufactured home park or subdivision <br />for which the construction of facilities for servicing the <br />lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed . <br />(including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the <br />construction of streets, and either final site grading or the <br />pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective <br />date of this ordinance. <br />"Ex ansion to an Existincr Manufactured Home Park or <br />Subdivision" means the preparation of additional sites by the <br />construction of facilities for servicing the lots an which <br />the manufactured homes are to be affixed ( includinq the <br />installation of utilities: the construction of streets, and <br />either final site grading or the pouring of concrete slabs). <br />"Flood" or "Flooding" means a general and temoorary condition <br />of partial or complete inundation of normally dry land areas <br />from: <br />L?1 the overflow of inland or tidal waters, and, <br />u the unusual and rapid accumulation of runoff of <br />surface waters from any source. <br />"Flood Hazard Boundary Mao F� HEMA" means an official map of a <br />community: issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br />where the boundaries of the areas of special flood hazard <br />have been defined as Zone A. <br />"Flood Insurance Rate Mao FIB" means an official map of a <br />community,,-2n which the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />has delineated both the areas of special flood hazard and the <br />risk premium zones applicable to the community. <br />"Flood Insurance Study" is the official report Drovided by <br />the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The report contains <br />flood profiles, as well as the Flood Boundary Floodway Map <br />and the water surface elevation of the base flood. <br />"Floodwav" means the channel of a river or other watercourse <br />and the ad,�acent land areas that must be reserved in order to <br />discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the <br />water surface elevation more than one foot. <br />
