Road to Applemill Road <br />north from US 70 along <br />up to and including <br />eastern end of East <br />Included also are US <br />and including Tinnin <br />and a portion of Teer Road; then <br />Brookhollow Road to Efland -Cedar <br />a portion of Halls Mill Road, Bane <br />Lebanon Church Road, and Blacksmith <br />70, west from Lloyd Dairy Road to <br />Road and School House Road. <br />3. Rural Route 2 - Efland <br />extending <br />Grove Road, <br />Road, the <br />Road. <br />Fuller Road, <br />Route 2, Efland, includes an area beginning at US 70, then <br />extending north along Efland -Cedar Grove Road to and including <br />Governor Scott Road; then northwest from Efland -Cedar Grove Road <br />along Harmony Church Road to Lynch Store Road, including Shanklin <br />Dead End, and a portion of Poteat Road and Charlie's Dead End; then <br />all of High Rock Road extending from US 70 northwest to the <br />Alamance County Line, including Ira Road. <br />ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />The proposed amendments to the Orange county Zoning Atlas are <br />as follows: <br />1. PD -4 -90 Weston Place Planned Development <br />A planned development residential subdivision is proposed on <br />property located on the east side of Mt. Carmel Church Road (SR <br />1008) between Lystra Road (SR 1915) and the Chatham County Line. <br />The property contains 67.62 acres, specifically described as Lot <br />15, Block C, of Tax Map 130 in Chapel Hill Township. The existing <br />zoning classification is RB - Rural Buffer. The proposed zoning <br />classification is PD -R -RB Planned Development - Residential -Rural <br />Buffer. <br />The proposed development is a residential subdivision <br />consisting of 33 lots. Amend ARTICLE 4.2.27 PROTECTED WATERSHED -II (PW -II) DISTRICT <br />by clarifying that the PW -II zoning district overlay will be <br />applied in the zoned portions of the - county designated as <br />Water Supply Watershed in the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />
