Administrative Waiver for Public Agencies <br />and Non- Profit Housing Organizations <br />Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on <br />November 21 and 28, 1990 as required the the N.C. <br />General Statutes. The proposed Zoning Atlas <br />amendment will require notification of individual <br />property owners. The notice must be mailed on or <br />before November 23, 1990. <br />At its October 15, 1990 meeting, the Planning Board <br />recommended that all items except #2e and #5 be <br />presented for public hearing on December 11, 1990. <br />Items #2e and #5 will be considered by the <br />Ordinance Review Committee prior to this meeting. <br />Its recommendation will be presented verbally. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing for December 11, 1990. <br />
