Willing and Buckhorn <br />Roads <br />Township: Cheeks <br />Tax Map: 3.54..12 & 13 <br />Zoning District: Agricultural Residential (AR) <br />Violation: Outside storage of six junked motor vehi- <br />cles, automotive parts, batteries, junked <br />white appliances, building materials, and <br />trash <br />Accumulated Civil Penalties by October 24, 1990: $3,500 <br />Comment: This case has been drawn out over a long period <br />of time because the Williams have rejected all <br />certified return receipt mailings to them. The <br />US Postal Service attempted delivery of each <br />item three times (once per week). Upon visit- <br />ing with the Williams on Monday, October 22, <br />1990, it was made clear to the Planning and <br />Inspections Department that they had no inten- <br />tion of complying with the requests to correct <br />the zoning violations. <br />Recommendation: That demand be made for payment of civil <br />penalties at $100 per day beginning on <br />July 24, 1990, in the amount of $3,500 <br />as of October 24, 1990. <br />
