A person claiming <br />to be his lawyer but not willing to identify him- <br />self called once but there was no follow- through <br />on his part. On another occasion, the Planning <br />Department was contacted by Mr. Scurlock's broth- <br />er who said that he would handle the matter, but <br />there was no follow -up at that time either. The <br />violation remains uncorrected. <br />Recommendation: That demand be made for payment of civil <br />penalties at $100 per day beginning on <br />July 24, 1990 in the amount of $9,200 as <br />of October 24, 1990. <br />a <br />7 <br />
