Section 23.2b (Page 23 -1) of the ordinance provides <br />that the duty to make written demand for payment of civil penalties <br />upon persons responsible for violations lies with the Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br />RECOMMENDATION:. The Administration recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners make written demand for payment upon the <br />following persons in the respective specified amounts: <br />Clara Bunn Garrett <br />Amount: $1,500 <br />Lori B. and Nathan McDuffie <br />Amount: $1,500 <br />Paul G. Scurlock <br />Amount: $9,200 <br />Howard and Rebecca D. Williams <br />Amount: $3,500 <br />Hoyle M. and Lillian W. King <br />Amount: $8,400 <br />Gayle and Chris McMillan <br />Amount: $5,200 <br />Ralph Turner <br />Amount: $3,000 <br />
