15 <br />The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br />following: <br />IV -B -1 LOT STANDARDS <br />1. Lots served by individual sewage disposal <br />systems and private or community wells shall <br />contain at least 40,000 square feet. <br />2. served <br />3. Lots located within zoned townships shall <br />contain the minimum lot area required by the <br />Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br />4. Any lot which provides an easement for <br />individual septic disposal for use by a <br />different lot shall contain the minimum area <br />required for that lot plus an additional <br />20,000 square feet to accommodate the sep tic <br />r <br />easement. <br />That portion of the proposal, requiring that lots <br />using an individual sewage disposal system and <br />public water contain at least 30,000 square feet, <br />will be reconsidered after issues related to <br />watershed protection and zoning of the northern <br />townships,are addressed. <br />MOTION: Best moved approval as recommended by the <br />Planning Staff.
