N.C. 27278 <br />DURHAM <br />(9191 668- <br />At the Orange County Board of Health Meeting of July 26, 1900, Mary Scearbo from <br />the Orange County Planning Department presented background information on the <br />above mentioned policy. Ms. Scearbo had consulted with our Environmental Health <br />staff'to obtain pertinent information which was taken into consideration in the <br />development of the policy. <br />The components of the policy were discussed at some length by the members of the <br />Board of Health and a motion was passed by the Board endorsing this proposed <br />poli'cy,setting minimum lot sizes needed to accommodate various types of <br />wastewater disposal and water supply. <br />Would you kindly assure that the position of the Board of Health is noted,as you <br />see fit,in conjunction with the public hearing on this issue scheduled for August <br />30, 1990. <br />Please do not hesitate to call myself or Mr. Daniel B.
