17 <br />PHASE 3: REPORTING <br />The final phase of the project involves compiling the information gained in the <br />previous two phases and preparing a report to the Orange County Human Services <br />Management Team. During this phase, a written report will be delivered and an oral <br />presentation of the recommendations will be conducted. The following tasks are <br />included in this section: <br />Task 8: Develop final report <br />Task 9: Brief the Human Services Management Team <br />Task 8: Develop final report <br />The information gathered from both the comprehensive assessment form and the <br />department meetings will be incorporated into a written report outlining the findings and <br />recommendations for the MCZF design. A section on findings will be divided into twelve <br />subsections, one section for the Data Processing Department and one for each Human <br />Service department. The section on recommendations will include a clear view of the <br />overall design for the system, including hardware and software specifications and <br />estimated costs for each. <br />The report will be bound using GBC spiral bindings and will be printed on 8 1/2" <br />by 11" paper with card stock used for the front, back and tab pages.
