Personnel from the <br />HSL will schedule meetings with the Director of the department at a time convenient to <br />the staff of the Department. These meetings will be arranged after the HSL have <br />received the completed Assessment Forms back from the department. <br />Task 3: Meet with Human Services Management Team <br />The purpose of this meeting will be to update the Human Services Management <br />Team on the progress resulting from the Assessment Phase of the project.
