The <br />subdivision is <br />located on the west side of NC 57, <br />approximately <br />1470 feet (.28 mile) south of Phelps <br />Road (SR 1551). <br />The total lot size is 6.49 acr, <br />road approximately 850 feet in <br />along the southern boundary of <br />existing well is located about <br />property line within the first <br />is located on the lot. <br />es.
