At that time Triangle J requested that your committee evaluate 5 <br />state law comprehensively with these principles in mind. We continue <br />to make this request. A careful and comprehensive approach to water <br />law will benefit our region and our state. This hastily drafted Water <br />Transfer Bill would merely add to the confusion and disarray.
