The human Relations Commission requests that <br />November 14th be officially declared Human Rights Day in Orange <br />County. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Proclaim November 14th Human Rights Day and authorize the Chair <br />to sign. <br />
