Funds are available in the approved <br />budget for these services. The contract terms were approved by <br />the Board of Health at its meeting of October 25, 1990, subject to <br />the review of the County Attorney and approval of the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the contract, subject to the review of the County <br />Attorney, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
