The <br />advanced commitment has been requested by Wake County because of <br />their need to submit documentation for the support of their <br />biennial application period. The terms are identical with the <br />existing agreement except for paragraph 3 which has increased the <br />revenue to the Department from $5,200 to $5,600. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the contract and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
